How do I reserve a Bounce House?

In order to reserve a bounce house you can call or text Justine at (785) 499-3336. We also have a Facebook page that you can send us a message. We hope to hear from you soon!

Can I order more then one at a time?

Absolutely! You can order as many as you would like as long as they are available.

Are the rentals hourly or daily?

All our rentals are for a 24-hour period. Whatever time you choose to pick it up, you must return by the same time the next day. Don't want it for 24-hours? No worries! Just schedule a time with us so we know when you would like to drop it off. No discounts or price drop will be given if brought back early.

Do you deliver?

Since we are just starting off we have decided at the moment we are not providing a delivery service. All inflatables are customer pick up and drop off ONLY. In hopes that we grow our business, we would love to provide this service at a later date.

How will I know how to set up the inflatable ?

At the time of pick up we will go over some instructions with you. We will also provide you with a sheet of instructions to help guide you along the set up and take down process. Please note, this is only a suggested sheet and we will not be held responsible for any accidents due to set up or take down.

How do I pick up or drop off?

At the time of scheduling your inflatable, you will give us a time you would like to come get it. We will have everything ready to go. The best way to load would be for you to back in to our drive way close to the garage door. Drop off will be the same.

What does my rental include and will I need any other accessories?

Our rentals include the inflatable, tarp, stakes, blower , and if its a water slide it will come with the sprinkler. You will need an extension cord. If there are no outlets you will need a generator . If you don't have these things you can rent them for an additional price.

What will I need at the time of pick up?

At the time of pick up you will need a your ID, a large vehicle, payment, and at least two people. Our inflatables are extremely heavy. We will help with the loading and unloading as much as possible.

Can they get wet?

At this time we only have our water slide and the ninja bounce that can get wet. All other inflatables can NOT get wet. If they get wet, that could result in you losing your cleaning portion of the deposit.

Is there a deposit and how do I pay?

There is a $100 deposit. After returning, we will clean and inspect the inflatable. If it comes back in good condition you will receive your deposit back within 3 days. You can pay your renting cost + deposit at the time of pick up. Since we are just starting out we are only taking cash at this time. We hope to grow and be able to have other options in the future. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
